Thanks for your interest in the apartment we have available; it is a comfortable place to make into your home. The apartment will be available for November 1st. With possible move in days towards the end of October.

$2,000 - The 3rd floor apartment has been half remodeled and the other half renovated (last major update 2008). It offers 3 bedrooms. (2) are 10'x12'; the other is 9 1/2'x11 1/2', all with great closet space. The Kitchen is 20'x12 1/2' area (very large), and a nice size comfortable bath, both with updated cabinetry and counter tops during last major update. The apartment has all newer windows (12 in the apartment and 2 in the hallways), all updated electric, and forced air heating (gas) also installed in 2008.

The apartment has refinished hardwood floors redone in 2008. The Kitchen also offers a self cleaning gas oven and fridge included. The renovated Living and Dining rooms feature 1915 architectural columns and fireplace mantle.
There is a washer dryer hookup in the basement. Modest size yard shared with home occupants, 3 blocks down from Charlton Hospital, and is located in a quiet neighborhood.

We require first, last and security ($750), No smoking in the apartment/premises, and No pets permitted to help us keep the apartment looking great.

Pictures reflect apartment prior to current tenants' move in (10 years), and any needed repairs will be addressed prior to new tenants moving in unless other arrangements are made.

This is a month to month agreement, but would love to have long-term tenants as that is usually the case when people come and live in our home, Utilities are Tenant's responsibility (Electric, Gas, & Cable/internet), Water is covered by Landlord, Washer and Dryer Hookup in unfinished common area Basement.
