About this House

This first floor apartment is just beautiful open and with many upgrades. It was our cozy home from 2008-2014 where my wife and I lived in with our children. It's was hard to leave this place but we had moved into a single family home to move on to the next phase in our life as a growing family.

The Apartment will be available as soon as March 1st or possibly sooner depending on the current tenants transition to their new home.

The pictures I am showing are from when we left the home in 2014 and we will expect to have the home in the same condition.

We purchased this home with the first floor in studs only, and made a point to bring back the character of the home with restoring architectural columns and adding crown molding throughout, detailed baseboard/window/door moldings, and restoration of the original floors. We also reconfigured the layout to make the center of the home an open floor plan adding luxurious extras like automatic lights in closet doors, deep Jacuzzi tub/shower, extra tall cabinets with crown moldings, breakfast bar for 4, granite counter tops, dishwasher, wired surround sound, double living room, forced Air with WIFI thermostat, hardwired all windows and doors with alarm system, two remote controlled ceiling fans, fading dimmers throughout, and recessed lighting throughout. The apartment also offers its own entrance directly into the home from the street at the front making it feel more like a single family home. There is also a spacious 250sqft (not included in the total square foot number on the listing) finished bonus room in the basement that could be used for storage as an office or maybe extra living room, this room is accessed from the common unfinished basement area. The alarm system and Forced Air system are tied into this room as well. There is also a designated common laundry area with washer and dryer connections available in the basement, and a shed in the back yard supplied with electrical power and also tied into the alarm. The shed is additional square footage used only by the first floor Tennants, but is not livable space.

The apartment includes off street parking for 2 vehicles. Modest size yard three blocks down from Charlton Hospital and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We require first last and security (1000) No smoking in the apartment/premise and No pets permitted to help us keep the apartment looking great.

This won't last long so if you're interested please contact me.

Please include some information on yourself you'd like to share and I will look to schedule showings in blocks of days and times as to not impose too much on the current Tennant.

This is a month to month agreement. We are willing to reduce rent if new tenant agrees to Lawn maintenance, & snow clearing
