Rent is $1,295 per month. Security deposit is $500 . 1 year lease. Credit check fee is $20/person. An application must be completed for every applicant over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment. To expedite the application process, please provide the following if possible: 1) completed application, 2) verification of income, credit history, rental history 3) copy of license 4) copy of social security card. Cats and dogs allowed with a one time fee of $250 pet security deposit. NO monthly pet rent.

    "I love living in DTLB. I like that everything is a short walk away, plenty of places to eat, things to do, events, and the beach is right there! Most places/restaurants are dog friendly. The downsides for me would definitely be lack of parking in most areas and the unhoused/transient folks sometimes is out of control in some parts. But those things are expected in the downtown area. "

I am 4 blocks away from the beach, pike outlet, Long Beach convention center, and shoreline village. A lot of tourists in the area. The train is a block away. "

Or travel all the way to San Diego just to do something fun. Kdb is gone and so is Walmart. I’m moving out of California this time next year. Already secured location. "
