It has an open kitchen with many cabinets and all new appliances ( refrigerator, stove, microwave hood and dishwasher) There is a good closet space in the bedroom. It is a fenced in private patio/garden. There is a off street parking. The bungalow is 4 blocks to beach 2 to 3 blocks to Abbot Kinney , Rose Ave and Main St. Pets are Ok with a fee.
