Large lower level duplex available located in the Daytona Bluff area. This 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment has new flooring and paint (no carpet in unit anymore), and will be available Feb 28, 2026. Approximately 1350 sq ft with high ceilings throughout. Front and back entrance. Unit will get their own washer and dryer with storage in the basement. Garage with one stall for the unit, then off street parking. Within walking distance to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants Tenant pays: heat, electricity and gas. Included in rent: water/sewer, garbage collection. Wifi is currently in the duplex, tenant is welcome to use it. If we choose to disconnect it tenant will have to pay for their own. This unit is no smoking, no pets prefered. A non refundable application fee for background check is required for each adult (18 years and older). Qualifications: pass criminal history/background check, documented income for 2.5 times the monthly rent. Prices and availability subject to change without notice. Security deposit is $1000. Typically first and last months rent is required. I will get new/fix the curtains from photos shown.

Anyone trying to earn and save to get out of here likely gets robbed and winds up having to live here in this stupid cycle a little longer. Best to just avoid it all together if you’re looking at property here. "
