Beautiful 3 BR/3.5BA Townhome in Chestnut Hill Cove Community overlooking Nabbs Creek on dead end street with lots of parking. The main level of town home has a carpeted living room and kitchen/dining room combo with laminate flooring, breakfast area, pantry closet, and all appliances including dishwasher and mounted microwave. Upper level has three spacious carpeted bedrooms, including a master with plenty of window lighting, and walk in closet, full master bath with tiled stand up shower enclosure. Full hall bath with tub/shower, and hall linen closet. The house also includes a finished basement with laundry room, lots of storage and a full bathroom with tiled walk in shower and a private entrance if desired. One of the many piers is also right outside your back door. Community also includes several other fishing piers, canoe/kayak launch and a (marina/boat storage for additional fees).

Tenant responsible for all utilities including electric, water, cable and trash. Responsible for lawn-care. A required credit, background check and eviction history will be conducted for each renter over 18.

I will not waive any of these requirements, no co-signing, no rent to own, 1+year lease and I am not selling so do not call to buy.

    "I’ve lived in this community for 4+ years and I am leaving it. It’s not a good area to live in, my experience is from the 4x4 community. There is a lot of drug activity, vacant run down properties, break in, car vandalism, unruly juveniles setting fires and stomping them out, kids tossing things at neighbors windows and cars, etc. It’s terrible."
