After several incidents involving my son, there was no apology, the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, and the school never responded or followed up. My son was embarrassed, singled out, and left in tears.Especially the people who work in the office — they were the most unfriendly, defensive, and unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. Instead of helping or communicating respectfully, they made the situation worse with their attitude and lack of care. They promise something and eventually put the kids in ICAP. Advice to principal Ms Shelly- Please understand that special needs kids are children who need not be secluded as you think.
