The room is big and gets lots of sunlight! It's unfurnished but I do have a day bed you can use temporarily if need be in the meantime. The floors of the room are hardwood. There is no closet in the room. However, There is a very large closet in the middle room that I am happy to share with you that has lots of space. The room has two large windows. I will be replacing the blinds in there to blackout roller shades.
On the other side of the room is the kitchen equipped with an oven, gas stove, dining room table & chairs, microwave, fridge, teapot, plenty of cabinet space for us both, etc..
The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, small window, and toilet. its tiled and has porcelain tub. A lil old school looking (the design) but all things are clean and fully functioning. Theres a lil cabinet behind the mirror for supplies as well as storage below the sink.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a two family house. There is also a living room and bathroom we will share. If you have a bicycle, you can store in the hallway as there is lots of room for a few bikes.
In the front of the house, there is a nice lil porch where you can hang out if you like. I sit out there at night and drink tea sometimes.
No lease available but you will be required to sign a rental agreement before moving in.
Anything damaged must be replaced, no exceptions.
Must be employed with proof of employment and pay bills on time.
No drugs, alcohol, or smoking in the apartment or on the premises.
Monthly expenses:
Rent $1400 ($2800 to move in)
Internet $30 total
Gas/Electric approx $75-100 each
Apt Supplies Approx $25 total
1 Cat or 1 Dog - hygienically maintained Ty
I am looking for a quiet, peaceful, respectful, responsible adult roommate who doesn't spend a ton of time at home (not working from home please). Clean is required. We would share chores and household purchases (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc..).
This living situation will work best for someone who just needs a place to sleep, shower, and eat. Spends most of their time out of the apartment at work, with partner, or friends etc
