Room Description

Furnished Room for Rent Right Across the street from the campus.

We have a quiet Christian household - myself and one other middle-aged woman plus my friendly little dog (sorry, no additional pets).
During the school year we often host small Friday night and weekend church gatherings in the main living space. You're welcome to join or not either is fine.
This is a peaceful, comfortable home in an unbeatable location! I realize this might not be the right fit for everyone, but if this sounds appealing to you, please reach out!

All utilities and Wi-Fi included
Shared bathroom.
Laundry and Kitchen access

House rules (non-negotiable):
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house or on the property.
No candles or incense
No pets
No parties
No loud music or loud TV
No male visitors upstairs at any time (male guests only allowed in the main living area during gatherings)

Lease is 5 months corresponding with the semesters. First and last month's rent due at signing.

    "The area epitomizes beauty, friendliness, access to the trails, the river, and mountains. The University provides a great backdrop and is essentially a gigantic park, but it also means some extra pedestrian and vehicle traffic on school days. Unparalleled access to Mount Sentinel and the Clark Fork. Exceptional, mature trees and wide boulevards. There are some rentals in the area (expected near the U) but most homes are sufficiently valuable that rental costs are high enough to keep the renters respectful of the property and therefore neighborhood. An amazing area."
