"Lots of dog poop on side walks and front yards because lots of dog owners don’t think they have to pick up after there dogs or there are some dog owners in the neighborhood that let their dogs run loose in the neighborhood and there dog poops on neighbors yards and they don’t pick it up. Other than that it’s good. "
  • Herrerafrank00
"Downey has everything you need, good schools, good food, friendly police department, community programs, only downside would be the traffic getting through the city during rush out, residents usually take the back streets."

"The schools are good and kids are often seen using their bikes up and down alone. Also there are a lot of parks and it’s just a very calm city with pretty quiet people that keep to themselves.
