INDIVIDUAL ROOM RENTALS:

Three private bedrooms are currently available at $1,300 per month each for leases ending May 31, 2027.

Bedroom A: Main-level bedroom, $1,300 per month
Bedroom B: Walk-out lower-level bedroom, $1,300 per month
Bedroom C: Walk-out lower-level bedroom, $1,300 per month

Residents share the home's common areas, including the kitchen and living spaces. Bedroom A uses the shared main-level bathroom, while Bedrooms B and C share the lower-level bathroom.

Each bedroom is leased separately, so you do not need to have roommates lined up before applying.

Beginning June 11, 2027, the property will no longer be offered by the room. The next lease term, June 11, 2027 through May 31, 2028, will be for the entire house. Rental rates for the 20272028 lease term may differ from the currently advertised rates. Contact our office for pricing and availability.

GROUP LEASING OPTION:

Have roommates and want to lease together? All three currently available bedrooms may also be rented together by a group for $3,800 per month for a lease ending May 31, 2027.

This option provides your group with all three bedrooms along with access to the shared common areas and bathrooms. The main-level bedroom uses the main-level bathroom, while the two lower-level bedrooms share the lower-level bathroom.

STUDENT APPLICATION PROCESS:

Applications are reviewed and processed in the order received.
Each student applicant must complete an individual application with their personal information.
Each student applicant is required to have a guarantor, who must also submit a separate application for consideration.
For group applications, all roommates must submit their applications before the group will be considered.
Once approved, applicants will have 24 hours to pay the applicable application deposit.
Applicants must be approved prior to submitting any deposit or fees.
The first approved individual applicant or group to pay the required application deposit and fees will secure the applicable bedroom or group lease.
After payment, the lease must be completed and returned within 48 hours.
