    "After 20+ years in the area, raising a family, utilizing the schools (public and private are both great), and enjoying the community, it is hard to think of a place with more natural beauty, recreational opportunities, or sheer balance between big city culture (the heart of Philadelphia is ten miles away) and country living (bike/walking path along an 18th century canal, rails to trails path to Valley Forge National Park where George Washing spent the winter with his troops).
