The age requirement to lease this property is 55 years of age or older (this property is located in an age restricted community). The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging and blowing). Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance will be up to the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, utilities and the pest control at the property. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Application fees ($75.00 per person) and the admin fee ($60) are non-refundable. Renters insurance is required and must be submitted to The Stacy Group, LLC. prior to the start of the lease term if approved.
