Freshly remodeled home and super clean home in a quiet and safe neighborhood with large garage, jetted spa, gas fireplace, inside laundry, and lots of space to enjoy. Friendly neighbors and minimal road traffic in the established neighborhood but only 5-10 convenient minutes drive time to downtown Placerville, the City Pool and park, and the many shopping and dining experiences in the nearby area. The property is located at an elevation where it snows a couple of inches a year for ambiance but not enough to cause travel issues like homes in the higher mountains.

Home includes energy efficient heating and cooling, a romantic fireplace, a whole house fan to keep cool in the summer heat, and appliances including washer/dryer, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We are currently installing landscaping and doing minor touch ups on the property but the home is ready for move in. The property is a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Placerville

The property features a small fenced yard so a small dog or cat is OK provided they do not disturb the neighbors. Smoking not permitted. Owner pays for landscaping service including gutter cleaning. Tenant pays electric, trash service, water, and repairs & maintenance of appliances during their use. The fireplace runs on propane and is ready for hookup from a propane supplier. All other appliances are electric. First and last month's rent is due before move-in. We prefer a 1-year lease initially. Other terms and conditions of Tenancy are described in the lease including but not limited to a maximum of three occupants and no more than three vehicles regularly parked on the property (holidays and special events excepted), prohibitions on storage of more than one recreational boat, RV's, trailer, and equipment on the property.

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
