Description

Walking distance from many restaurants (bjs, Friday's, chillies) grocery stores (vons, stater brothers, food for less), gyms ( 24hrs la fitness, planet fitness), and on the same street with an Ikea, taget and sprouts. Off the 10 fwy between the 605 fwy, 57 fwy and 210 fwy. The property has a very outdoors feel with large pine trees everywhere. The apt is fully furnished the dinning, kitchen and livingroom are common space. I work from home and im here most of the day except to run errands and hit the gym. NOTE: Im renting out the spare bedroom in my apt, so means im looking for a ROOMMATE.

Rent will be due on the 1st of every month with a 3 day grace. We'll split the bills in half, theres the electric and internet bill. Other utilities are covered. There are no pets. Any gathering must be kept to a max 4-5. The max any guest can stay is 2 days and nights. There are no pets.
