Description

Unit is available Sept 1st, possibly earlier. This is a downstairs one bedroom + office in a duplex with hardwood flooring and washer/dryer in basement. Location is less than a half mile from the beach/ Sabin Point park. Maximum occupancy is 2 people with one parking spot. Pets allowed on case-by-case basis (certain breeds -- mostly terriers and wolf mixes -- not allowed based on insurance ). Water/sewer is included but tenants pay for electric and gas. There is a $39.50 application fee to cover the cost for background and credit check with a requirement of 3 times monthly rent.

First showings will be scheduled for Sunday, July 26 between 3 and 5 or Monday, July 27 between 4 and 6.

Lease is 12 month with month to month afterwards. Shorter lease is possible with additional monthly fee.
