This house is on a very quiet block. It will be freshly painted and the carpeting in the living room and dining room has been replaced. The kitchen cabinets have been replaced. All appliances are included. There is a very nice backyard and rear porch. The tenant has been with me for 10 years but is moving because her kids have their own places to live now.
