About this House

Hello Fellow Phoenicians we are Family of 4, and are looking to rent our cozy studio on our property located in the heart of down town phoenix within the triangle district and walking distance to Roosevelt Row. Your new studio's main cross roads are 7th Ave and Roosevelt just south of the I-10. The Studio is located in the rear of our home and you will have plenty of backyard space to feel right at home.

You will be located 1.5 miles or less to many conveniences such as, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, clubs, venue's, night life, arena's and many more to list.

Here are the basic's of the studio which include all utilities in 1 fixed price of $1200.00, we will require a $500.00 deposit that will be refunded at the end of the lease if the studio is returned in the same manner as you moved it besides the normal ware and tare.

New Paint, kitchen cabinets, New AC unit, Pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly and doesn't eat our small dog Pearly.

LEASE TERMS: 3-Month, , 6-Month, 12-Month, and Yearly

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY!

    "There is a lot of history and some charm, however with the freeways close by and the amount of alley ways that are present in about 95% of the properties; this area gets a lot of homeless, dumpster divers, gang bangers and scouts on the look out for burgarlizing homes. we have to be very vigilant when it comes to our exterior and the back of our home due to very unsafe and unpatroled alley ways."
