Located in the Historic Enos Flats Row House apartments buildings block, near Memorial Medical Center, St Johns Hospital and the Southern Ill University Medical School in the Medical District and across from the Springfield Art Association and about 4 blocks from downtown. County Market grocery store, CVS drug store and the new proposed YMCA are about one block away. The outside pictures are the view from the porch and the apartment buildings. Damage/Security Deposit is $850.00. Water, recycling and garbage paid. Owners live next door and we have full time maintenance. We do not accept section 8. Dogs and house cats are allowed for a fee of $20.00 more per month per pet.
