Description

Nice older home built in 1951. We have lived here for 15 years and are the second owners. 1679 square feet including shop, plus bonus room and single car garage. 3 bedrooms and 1 and a half bath. Hardwood floors in most of the house. Living room has coved ceilings and picture rail. Separate family room. Main bath has jetted tub with Corian (solid surface) surround. Heat pump/AC works great. Natural gas fireplace, kitchen stove, tankless whole house water heater and Natural gas outlet on covered back porch for barbecue. Very close to schools (1 block from Fairfield Elementary School). Quiet street.

Large lot (.23 acre) permaculture micro farm with sprinkler system, cross fencing, fruit trees, berry bushes, large back to eden garden with raised beds that contain both cooking and medicinal herbs. Also a chicken coop (6’x8’ with storage room) and a fully inclosed 8’x32’ run. The chickens also have access to the orchard to give more space (fully fenced).

Good sized shop space (approx 19’x18’, I have it setup as a wood shop) is attached in rear of the house and is accessible from the outside near the south back door. It has lots of countertop space and storage. Bonus room can be a extra bedroom or an office. Easily accessible attic storage space.

Please feel free to drive by but call for an appointment to see inside. We are in the process of moving. Realtors, please do not contact us. I have a realtor that I will use if I cannot sell this property myself. If you have a customer who is interested I am willing to negotiate for your fee.
I have arranged with a title company to handle the paperwork.

This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
