This is a newly renovated home in a quiet and well-maintained neightborhood. The entire house is rented out by the room and is all single level. All rooms are single occupancy. The home features great shared living space as well including 2 living rooms (TV's in both), new flooring, paint, updated bathrooms and kitchen featuring new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There are extra refrigerators in the garage as well as storage, but this must be shared. A ductless unit supplies the shared living space with heat and air conditioning. Each room features a ceiling fan, new flooring, large closet space and individually controlled heating. It is an option for the bed/bedframe but you would be required to provide your own linens. The house also has a large shared and fully fenced back yard. Listed rent includes all utilities.

There are a few rooms available for rent of variable size and cost ranging from $650 to $900/month. Will consider small pets, but must stay in the rented room, not in the shared space. Must not cause noise disturbance.

No smoking allowed in the house but is allowed outside the home.
There are 4 off-stree parking spaces, all others will be on-street.
All renters are responsible for maintaining their rented unit and keeping the shared space in clean order. Renters must be quick to pick up after themselves, be cognizant of noise and follow house rules.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
