About this House

Bring Your Group. Live Together. Keep Your Own Space.

Looking for housing for a large group near Cornell? 707 E Seneca Street offers an incredible opportunity for groups of virtually any size to live together at the same property.

Built in 2015, this modern three-story Collegetown property features six separate 3-bedroom apartments, providing 18 total bedrooms under one roof.

Whether you're looking for housing for 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, or even up to 18 people, 707 E Seneca gives your group the ability to stay together while still enjoying the privacy and convenience of separate apartments.

18 Bedrooms Across 6 Separate Apartments

The building is thoughtfully arranged with two apartments on each of its three floors.

Each apartment features:

3 spacious bedrooms
Roomy bedroom closets
Large kitchen
Comfortable living/common area
Modern bathroom
Private in-unit laundry

For larger groups, this layout provides a major advantage over trying to squeeze everyone into one enormous house.

Instead of 12 or 18 roommates sharing one kitchen, one living room, and one laundry area, your group can potentially have multiple kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and private laundry facilities while still living together at the same address.

Perfect for Groups of 3 to 18

Have a group of 6? Ask about two apartments.

Have 9 people? Three apartments could keep the whole group together.

Have 12, 15, or even 18 friends looking for housing? Ask us about combining additional apartments within the building, subject to availability.

This setup allows your group to stay close without sacrificing privacy and personal space.

Have 4, 5, 6, 7, or more people looking to live near one another? Contact us with your group size and we can discuss available apartment combinations at 707 E Seneca Street or one of our many other incredible properties.

Modern Construction & Quality Finishes

Unlike many of Ithaca's older student properties, 707 E Seneca Street was constructed in 2015 and designed specifically with comfortable modern living in mind.

Each apartment features desirable finishes and amenities including:

Granite countertops
Stainless steel appliances
Dishwasher
Spacious cabinetry
Large kitchens
Open living and common areas
Generously sized bedrooms
Roomy closets
In-unit washer and dryer

The combination of modern construction, spacious layouts, and an outstanding location makes 707 E Seneca a fantastic option for Cornell students and larger groups.

In-Unit Laundry in Every Apartment

No hauling laundry down to a shared basement.

No waiting for the entire building to finish using the same machines.

Each apartment has its own in-unit laundry, providing your group with the convenience of having washers and dryers directly inside your apartments.

For a larger group occupying several units, that means access to multiple sets of washers and dryers throughout the building.

Excellent Location Walk to Cornell, Collegetown & Downtown

707 E Seneca Street offers an excellent location for students who want convenient access to both campus and everything Ithaca has to offer.

The property is within walking distance of:

Cornell University
Collegetown
The Ithaca Commons
Downtown Ithaca
Restaurants and coffee shops
Shopping and entertainment

Cornell, Collegetown, and Downtown are all approximately a 10-minute walk or less from the property.

It's an ideal middle ground for residents who want to be close to campus without giving up convenient access to Downtown Ithaca.

Six Mile Creek & South Hill Access Nearby

The property is located less than mile from Six Mile Creek and the Columbia Street Pedestrian Bridge, providing convenient pedestrian access toward Ithaca's South Hill neighborhood.

Residents can enjoy easy access to some of Ithaca's beautiful outdoor surroundings while remaining just minutes from campus and Downtown.

Convenient Public Transportation

A covered bus stop is located at the top of Quarry Street, providing another convenient transportation option for getting around Ithaca and the Cornell area.

Walk, bike, drive, or take the busthe location gives residents plenty of options.

Garage & Off-Street Parking

Parking is another major advantage at 707 E Seneca Street.

The property features a four-car garage located beneath the building, along with five additional parking spaces in the driveway.

That's up to nine on-site parking spaces, a valuable amenity for a property this close to Cornell and Collegetown.

Ask about current parking availability, terms, and applicable fees.

Why 707 E Seneca Works So Well for Large Groups

Finding one quality house for 12, 15, or 18 people can be incredibly difficult.

At 707 E Seneca, your group can potentially get the best of both worlds:

Multiple kitchens

  • Paul
"It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."
  • David W.
"Amazing location! I walk 10 blocks to work. Gimme Coffee is on the way. Historic Northside Triangle is the place to be!"
  • Dani932
"The apartments aren't upgraded for the amount you pay on a one-bedroom. The area is quiet and l haven't had any issues living here."
  • Ronald B.
"Semi-rural atmosphere. Lots of walking paths and hiking trails in the area. Our area of Dryden is in the Ithaca School District, whisky is very good."
  • Trulia User
"Beautiful, nice view. The community is looking forward to sidewalks that will help the area become more navigating. The community is nice but not as inviting as some may like."
  • Latoya Peterson
"Landlords don’t except Section 8 assistants. Good luck getting your security deposit back!?! Slum lords own most property here unfortunately."
  • Trulia User
"Access to public transportation a plus. They need to work on installing shoulders on west king road. Commuting is easy"
  • Paul
"I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
  • Littlespoon1970
"I have lived here for three years and I feel safe in this neighborhood. People are friendly and it’s in walking distance to the commons and my work at Ithaca High School."
