This property is 1250 sq ft with recently refinished original 1940 new authentic hardwood flooring, gas fireplace and doors throughout. New energy efficient windows throughout with custom blinds. This property is provided with energy efficient heat and appliances. Has its own gas hot water heater. This unit also has 4 ceiling fans for circulating air.
