This home is equipped with a gaspack system-central heating and air conditioning. Lawn maintenance included(every other week). Tenant is responsible for keeping yard cleaned/picked up, free of trash and debris. If any limbs fall tenant will need to gather and set at road to be picked up. Tenant will need to make sure lawn company has access to back yard. Front/side flower beds have a sprinkler system. Tenant WILL be required to keep the bushes & lawn watered.
