Description

This home was built in 1993. In June 2000 the sellers purchases the home. In (2001) they tore out all flooring (carpet & linoleum and replaced with tile and laminate flooring throughout the house.) By 2006 they converted 2 upstairs bedrooms into one master and finished the downstairs as a bedroom and remodeled the entire master bedroom, bathroom, and closet. (2006) They finished the downstairs bedroom with sheetrock, tile, and added a bathroom. In 2013 they remodeled entire kitchen; new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and appliances. Also in 2013 they installed water pump system with freezer/refrigerator. (2014) They replaced all T1-11 with hardiplank siding, chaulked all windows, replaced outside trim, and painted.
In 2016 they replaced roof with 30yr shingles. (2017) Replaced the HVAC system and added additional HVAC units to the downstairs rooms. (2018) Replaced septic and entire drainfield, and in 2018 they added outdoor patio. In 2020 they replaced the water heater. 2021 New washer and dryer, New refrigerator. 2023 decks and pilings treated and stained. 2024 the entire house was repainted, added an outdoor shower and added pavers in the carport.
