Well trained pets (limit 2) are negotiable and, if approved, require an additional $350 pet fee per pet and an additional $25/month rent per pet.

Security deposit and any approved pet fees are due at lease signing. First month's rent is prorated and due at commencement; thereafter rent is due on the 1st. Tenant is responsible for all utilities; lawn mowing and trimming; keeping landscape beds free of weeds; and snow/ice removal.
