Heat is provided by thermostat-controlled cadet heaters installed throughout the home. All windows come with venetian blinds installed. The kitchen and bathroom have laminate flooring, while the rest of the home is fully carpeted. Utilities are in addition to your monthly rent as a flat rate fee.

This home is two blocks west of the Spokane Street and Seltice Way intersection, a major hub in Post Falls. Spokane Street going south takes you to Interstate 90. Seltice Way takes you to the Idaho State Line going west and all the way into Coeur d'Alene going east.
