  • Claude N
"This is Upper Glendale. It is a quiet neighborhoid. It has very little through traffic. It is located near Forrest Park. Most side streets are only 3-4 blocks long. Don't be fooled by those saying it is the 4th coolest neighborhood in the world. That would be neighboring Ridgewood. Both hasre the same zip code, but are vastly different. Ridgewood is mostly 3 family houses with no driveways and little on street parking. Most Upper Glendale houses have at least 1 off-street parking spot in their driveway. Most have garages. On street parking is rarely difhereficult."
