Small smoking porch off of 2nd floor. Laundry and storage in basement, small yard with raised garden beds. Close to walk to the Riverwest Coop and a handful of the best Riverwest bars. Quiet and responsible downstairs neighbor.

One year lease. Lower unit renter and upper renter split water bill. Tenant responsible for gas and electric. Tenant NOT responsible for lawn care or snow removal. Very well behaved and clean pet negotiable. No smoking inside, please. Security deposit one month's rent.
