It is walking distance to dozens of great restaurants and unique shops as well as uptown Charlotte. It is walking distance to Atrium Hospital and Panther Stadium. It is five minutes from Uptown, Novant hospital and interstate access.

It is available for a one year lease as well as a long term lease if desired. Please contact the owner to set a time to tour the property. We need to have 24 hour notice to show.
