Most other neighbors are police, CHP, FBI, Nurses, Dr’s and mannnnny work in the Bay area in tech, like my spouse. 1 1/2hrs to SF, 1 1/2hrs to Tahoe, 1 1/2hrs to Napa, 2 1/2hrs to the beach, 2-3hrs to the redwood forest. AMAZING PLACE!!!!"

    "Overnight street parking is a big issue here. They will tow the vehicle if parked on the street after 3 warnings. You will need a permit before you can park and it is not easy to get one. Other than tha, it is a nice place to live in."

My kids studied at Buljan High, one ended graduated from UC Davis, the other is a grade A student at Sierra College moving ahead to taking the medical profession.
