About this House

House sits on 13 lots chain link fenced all around. Nice street 4 bedroom, 3 bath, central air top and bottom floor. Has washer dryer hook up. Has a separate mother in law house with its own bath and kitchenet. School, grocery store, and dollar store all in walking distance. We just repainted and repaired. I am looking for someone who will take care of it.

Renter is responsible for all bills and repairs. Property must be kept mowed and cleaned or you will be asked to leave. All repairs must be okayed by owner before done.

    "I live at Oak Manor Villas. This neighborhood is very quiet and people mostly stay to themselves. Lots of people in and out. No one seems to stay long. Very expensive to live here. Basically an apartment that has mobile home quality materials."
