Close to Howard College.

No utilities included. No smoking inside home. Dogs and cats allowed but only with owner approval with amount of pets discussed based on size. No outdoor only pets (ex. dog kept outside on a chain or cage). Dog poop kept reasonably picked up. Yard to be kept mowed within city policy.

Lease will be a one year lease. $1,600 a month rent a d $1,600 deposit due with first months rent.
$200 nonrefundable pet deposit.

No parking in the yard per city rules. Driveway and street parking are required.
