Centrally located to everything!! 10 mins from I-45, the back of The Woodlands, or shopping in any direction. 3-5 mins. from the nature preserve...walking, hiking, biking. Hundreds of walking and biking trails that connect all the neighborhoods; desirable area due to the hilly terrain. Will love this neighborhood if you have kids who enjoy playing outdoors with friends or enjoy a neighborhood that maintains their homes and yards with pride. "
