About this House

Updated turn of the century home located in the highly desirable Sycamore Park area which is close to many Schools. The property has 1750 sqf. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath with Large Living/Dining room, Sun room, front and rear Deck, Large Backyard, Cottage, Washer and Dryer, Garage, two off street Parking spots as well as some Storage Space in large basement. The house is ready for rental on May1st. It is an older house, built in 1913. It was partially updated in 2015. All bedrooms have closets. The rear bedroom is smaller and features a sink. The Bath is relatively small. The basement is large and suitable for storage. The Backyard is also large with redwood tree and features a little cottage that is included with a garden shed for lawn mower and tools. It also has two off street parking places and garage for one car but relatively narrow. I am looking for a renter that is also willing to take a part in upkeep and light maintenance (or organisation thereof) of the home.
