"We have lived in Ladera Ranch Covenent hills for over ten years. We raised three boys, very safe friendly neighborhood, this is pleasant-vill really doesn’t get better then this. Ten minuets from the beach, kids ride their bikes to school, guard gated community. 8 club houses, water park, skate park, trails, beautiful landscapes. "

"I live in Ladera Ranch and every day when I drive home passing the roundabout and driving down the roads with beautifully landscaped medians, sidewalks and parks I feel the day's stress ease and I am happy to be home. I didn't realize how much living somewhere friendly and family oriented with almost a mid-western close knit feel but a Southern California warmth would matter to me and my family. Great parks, amazing sports facilities, pools and walking trails. Whether you are in the gated community of Covenant Hills or in a condo, the 10 villages that make up this small city of 30k people has something for every family."
