Huge South-West facing gut-renovated one-bedroom apartment with partial Gramercy Park views in one of the most desirable buildings around Gramercy Park.
The extra generous layout of the living room with beamed high ceilings and hardwood floors is a great space for entertaining and blends well with the open custom-designed kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four. The windowed fully equipped kitchen has a Wolf stovetop/oven/Microwave with a Wolf lighted venting hood, a Subzero fridge, a Miele dishwasher, and a custom-designed backsplash with recessed lights and a garbage disposal in the kitchen which is an unusual feature. The unusually large quiet and bright bedroom faces East and South into the courtyard and has a wall of custom closets and tons of built-ins for storage. There are through-wall air conditioners in all rooms.
There is a spacious home office just outside the bedroom next to the newly renovated windowed bathroom.
Park Gramercy is a full-service Condop located a building away from Gramercy Park and the trendy restaurants of Park Avenue South, Union Square, and all major subway lines. The building has a full-time doorman, a beautiful roof deck, bicycle storage, and central laundry in the basement. This Condop functions like a condominium with no term limits on renting or down payment requirements and welcomes buyers both local and international wanting to buy an investment property or a home as a pied a terre. Approval is by waiver of the right of first refusal like a condominium. The building is pet-friendly.

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a good school because my child is making academic progress, is excited about learning, and enjoys the school community. The class sizes are larger than the ideal size. Yet, even with the larger class sizes, the teachers meet the challenges and they are experienced and qualified. The parent involvement is great. Since the school and the parents work together, it benefits the children. (I hope this year goes well.)Parent Review7mo ago - School Of The Future High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTerrible school! Absolutely no structure or consequences. Kids aren’t given any homework, they’re encouraged to use AI to write essays. My son is completely unprepared for college and has simply learned that as long as he turns something in, he will get a good grade. Even if he doesn’t turn anything in on time, he has weeks to do so with zero consequences. Teachers, and principal alike, don’t respond to emails. If you care about education, do NOT send your child to School of the Future HS!!Parent Review3mo ago - Jhs 104 Simon Baruch

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a guardian of a current student at this school, this student is being bullied and none of the teachers are doing anything about it. It was already pretty bad that the teachers aren't doing anything about the bullying, but it is worse that the teachers did not let this student tell their family members about it because they say that it will make it a bigger deal. It is not alright for a teacher to tell their student to not call their parent because of it will ruin their school reputation. The teachers dealing with this problem says that they will be able to fix the problem but they didn't do anything. Now this student is afraid to go to school because the bullies threathens to jump this student and call their friends over to also bully and join in. Also, the bullies didn't get in trouble because the teacher said that he did not see it happen. This isn't the first time this student was bullied but the first time, there was at least one teacher that tried to solve the problem but she left so now this student is having trouble solving this new problem. As for learning, teaching, and other parts of reviewing a school, if students don't feel safe then they obviously would not feel motivated or excited about learning and other activities.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 7 Lexington Ave #2A.
