"There are several parks in the area, Buffalo & Erie Couny botanical gardens and Cazenovia park which are Federeck Law Olmstead desigined. Immdiate nereby parks include baseball diamonds, baketball court, playground with trees and benches. Tops supermarket is walking distance. Wegmans less than ten minutes driving. Schools are also close."
