The tenant will be responsible for all utilities other than trash and recycling. Dogs may be approved, but no cats are allowed.

Rental Screening:

There will be a background check on all adults, income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent or more, credit score must be 600 or higher, tenant must have no felonies or violence-related crimes, and the tenant must have no previous evictions.
