About this House

Just a short walk to enjoy all that Downtown Excelsior has to offer: business district, shops, and restaurants. This property is truly located in a phenomenal location, with Lake Minnetonka within walking distance and the Regional Trial right next door! Head into the cities with quick access to Highway 7.
This home has wood floors through out the house and updated windows. Enter and be enchanted by the beautiful stone fireplace. All 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 full bathrooms and half bathroom. Stainless steel appliances in the eat in kitchen. Washer and Dryer in unfinished basement, with ample storage space. Plenty of onsite parking and storage shed. We welcome pets with an additional per pet deposit. The city of Excelsior does require a dog permit. Minimal to no lawn maintenance during the warm months.
Home is currently rented and we will begin to schedule tours at the start of August.

Owner will pay for water/sewer. Renter is responsible for all other utilities. Electricity, Gas, Waste etc. Tenant responsible for snow removal during winter. Landlord will take care of landscape maintenance during Spring, Summer, and Fall. Landlord lives five minutes from property and is very responsive.
We are open to a 3-month, 6-month or 1 year lease. Deposit due at signing. Rent will be due at the first of the month. Any payments received after 15th will incur a late fee of $150.
