This is a non-renewable 6 month lease from 5/1/2024 to 10/31/2024. A security deposit of $500 is due upon execution of the agreement. The rent is $1,250/month which includes everything (gas, elec, water, sewer, internet). First and last months' rent are due at move-in. Total move in cost is therefore $3,000 = $500 deposit + $1,250 1st month's rent + $1,250 last month's rent. Early move-in (as soon as April 15) may be available at a daily prorated rate. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the lease term assuming that no damages have occurred and all lease terms were met. Failure to move in as agreed-to will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Rent must be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer of some type. Venmo, Zelle, automatic bank transfer, etc. This unit is fully furnished and includes high speed internet. All utilities are included. No smoking, no pets. There are 2 parking stalls. A non-refundable Zillow application fee, which includes a credit report, a criminal background check, and an eviction record is required. Good credit and background are required.
