Description

Sunny, Heated and Immaculate with In-Unit Laundry and TWO Screened in Porches!

You must simply see this unit to appreciate all that it offers! It's one of my favorites!

This owner occupied property is located in one of Saco's best neighborhoods, close to everything including turnpike access, train station, shopping, restaurants and more. You can literally walk across the street to the Farmers Market, Shaws, Renys and so much more!

This unit is on the second floor of a two unit building. The owners live on the first floor and we all know that owner occupied properties are the best!

As you can see, there are windows on every side of the unit, which makes this unit so sunny and inviting.

All the rooms are nice size rooms with several closets throughout the unit. Both bedrooms are spacious and there is also an office or a third smaller bedroom.

The laundry room is huge with a washer and dryer that has already provided for you.

There is another spacious area that could be used in a variety of ways too (not heated).

If you still would like more space, there are two separate screened in porches that are attached to this unit, where you can enjoy a good book, cup of coffee or a cocktail in the warmer weather. You chose how to enjoy these lovely spaces.

There is off street parking for two vehicles in a private driveway that goes with this unit. The owners have their own separate driveway.

Tenants are responsible for their own snow removal.
Owner will maintain the lawn and landscape.

The rent is $1,800 and includes heat up to 60 degrees, cold water and sewer!

Tenants pay their own electricity (including the hot water heater and heat pumps) and wifi. There are heat pumps for supplemental heat and the air conditioning in the warmer months.

Trash pickup is provided by the City of Saco. Tenants purchase City trash bags.

No pets preferred, but one indoor cat may be negotiable with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit.
