Large front porch with plenty of room for a table and chairs. Spacious and Sunny eat-in kitchen is fully applianced and has lots of cupboard space along with a pantry area. Large living room has beautiful wood floors, high ceilings and big windows that let in the sunshine in all day! There is a quarter bath on this floor as well. Basement access to the shared coin op washer and dryers.

The second floor has two bedrooms -
First bedroom is beautiful - It's a large drop down bedroom with hardwood floors full size closet as well as a fire place with mantel. Second bedroom is also large with brand new carpets with a walk in closet.

Full size bathroom with claw foot tub!

Shared front yard area and off street parking for two vehicles. Coin-op washer and dryer available for all tenants! Quiet building!! Excellent neighbors!! This unit will go fast!!

Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to Shaw's, Reny's, restaurants and historical downtown Saco. A quick three minute drive to Rt I-95 & 15 minutes to Portland.

We accept all housing subsidies. Most pets considered with a one-time non refundable pet fee.

Rent is $2,400 per month, which includes heat, hot water, city trash removal, plowing and yard maintenance.
First month's rent + $2,400 security deposit and signed 12-month lease due upon application approval/move-in.

One year lease required. First month and one month security due upon lease signing.

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."
