12-month lease preferred. 6-month lease available.
Move-in November 2024.
$1800 rent per month. $1800 deposit due at lease signing.

Tenants are responsible for electric/gas, and optional internet.
Owner pays water, trash and recycling.

No dogs.
No smoking tobacco on premises.
Off-street parking available - tenants and visitors may use 2-car driveway. Street parking is free but only available on side streets - Baker and Winslow - no street parking is allowed on Dodd Rd.

Tenants will be responsible for short-distance snow removal on public sidewalk and walkway when needed - shovel provided.
For small discount, tenant can opt-in to do minor lawn maintenance (push mower and storage provided)
A garden plot is available to tenants free of charge - please inquire.

Owner will provide routine and as needed appliance and home maintenance.
Owner will install AC window units during warm season and remove them before cold season (2x per year).
Carpet cleaning offered by owner every 6 months.
For any maintenance owner will notify tenants at least 24 hours in advance.
