Mountain View and nice small area for a small cabin up 2nd road area on right with entrance on the far side. NO WAY TO REMOVE sheds or camper because the road is all grown up and needs excavating. NO NEW ROAD ANY. LONGER, owner completely changed configuration in 3 weeks since I listed property. OWNER CHANGED the driveway that was newly graveled on right going to 2nd camp site area. He hired a guy in last 3 weeks to change to a 2nd dome pad since I listed property. he has blocked both driveways to his potential sites, these are the facts in art 3 weeks. We now have no access road into the 2nd potential camp site area. You have to walk into property from bottom where there is a small parking area. THE OWNER has started to put up 2 domes in the last few weeks and changed listing. Just have to see the property to know what you're getting. FACTS are I have county records that say there is a septic system in the ground approved by Cherokee county for a 3 bedroom and I have a 3 bedroom permit for a 2nd site, but please verify all wth the county again with Septic dept. I am not the septic professional on this. FACT I have a survey with both lots divided into 2 tracts that is nice to have and completed in my hand. 3 acres of nice steep land if you like to build a small cabin/tiny house and have chickens this one is great choice. Mountain side home, mountainside chicken pen and mountain side goats might work if you clear and area, reminds me of the Andy's mountains and how they live there.
