Dual-climate central HVAC systems (both brand new) and two water heaters (one brand new), ceiling fans throughout (5), hardwood, tile and carpet flooring, granite and tile countertops, inside laundry room (220) with desk and cabinets and half-bathroom, water softener system. Tenant billed for water at flat rate of $75/mo. for household use and basic exterior watering. Landlord pays yard maintenance service and HOA dues to include sewer/bond.
