Easy access to either 95 or 395. pretty close to everything, but enough to be outside for a relaxing home to come to. If I wasn't offered once in a lifetime job, id retire here."

    "Although there are nice parks where I live, most of the family friendly neighborhoods reside in an enclosed neighborhood called Cameron Station. There is a beautiful library and it's close to Van Dorn Metro. There is a lot of traffic and some have pockets that are unsafe. The area is not pedestrian friendly. Lots of dog parks. Not stroller friendly. Eisenhower seems to have the least amount of crime but it is a busy street during the day. LA Mart is a great source for Asian groceries. The area has almost everything you need in a short distance. Schools aren't rated the best."
