There is an attached garage and large west-facing porch with easy access from both the great room and the master bedroom. Altamira is a quiet, private community with wide sidewalks and easy access to gorgeous beaches and lagoons. Fun shopping locations and delicious restaurants are nearby. The ocean views, beautiful sunsets, sweet hummingbirds, lovely landscaping, and fresh sea air make for a delightful atmosphere to relax and enjoy the best of life. Home includes kitchen supplies, towels, linens, electronics, a one car garage, and additional community amenities. No pets, no parties, no smoking. Must have good credit. Wi-Fi, cable, water, trash, and SDGE included. Non-refundable fees: reservation ($100); cleaning ($500). Refundable fees (at owner's discretion, subject to deduction for damages): security deposit ($4000). All rent shall be pre-paid.

    "The HOA at Alta Mira I does not like kids. They threaten to fine you if they ride bikes, skate boards, climb on trees, have fun, etc. They also hate dogs. They constantly threaten to fine everyone for the simplest of things, including letting them pee on a neighbors front yard...yes, front yard. There are a lot of nice people here, but the HOA is run by a bunch of grumpy old people that complain and want to fine everyone. Also, there is no parking. On trash day, the trash cans take up the entire street parking. Everyone begins to fight each other for street space, not only in the cul de sacs, but the entire community. This place was not set up for families to live at all. With all that said, its typically quiet and pretty safe. Just know that to use any of the common areas, while publicly encouraged, is secretly not popular as these people seem to want to put fines out there for everything. Don't take my word for it...Just ask for a copy of the most recent HOA news letter and you will see exactly what I am talking about."
