Shared double sink bathroom with one person. Access to downstairs living area which has a full- size refrigerator, microwave and air fryer & TV area. Close to Shopping and grocery store. Close to bus line. Non- Smoker only (No vaping). Rent covers all utilities, Google Internet, Streaming Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and 2 loads of laundry per week. I have Dogs so must be ok with dogs. Call number listed if interested. Required: Proof of Income, and Criminal background check. Month to Month Lease Rent $650 Deposit $400. Available now

Lease is Month to month 30 day notice either party - would prefer someone who will stay at least 6 months. I ask that everyone watch the usage of Electric/Lights, and water so I can keep the rent at current rate. Occasional guest are ok.
