I am a 10th grader at this school, and I really enjoy it here! Unlike the last post seen, I will gladly inform you that NONE of the teachers I have had are "stuck up" and only a select few of the teachers have problems with grading systems. And from the other posts I have read, I can immediately see that they just had bad high school experiences. I'll tell you one thing and I'll tell it straight- I am not a football player. I am not a cheerleader. I can't be either of those things, for I have a disability, and my high school career has been amazing so far. And I can name PLENTY of people right off of the top of my head who AREN'T football players or cheerleaders that are VERY popular and sought after. In fact, more than half of those people are on the Academic Team and Campus 121. Everyone is so kind here and I couldn't be happier with the choice of high school.The education is amazing here, so long as you PAY ATTENTION and DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO while IN CLASS. If you get your head in the game then you're sure to have an excellent education. All of my teachers (which for the most part have been at Belfry longer than these posts have) actually try to give you advice and try to help you with the material so that way you don't get a poor grade or have to redo the entire class or whatever.You just have to let them.If I had an option, I would give this school a TEN OUT OF FIVE STARS simply for the fact that I love it here. And I seriously don't see how others don't. It's a great school- you just gotta give it a real chance.

Bevins Elementary School is "Simply the Best". This school has an atmosphere that is naturally motivating for the students. The staff are excellent team players and are always willing to go the extra mile for their students. My child has learned so much since beginning school at Bevins. It is an excellent place for learning.

I am a former student here. I've been bullied by kids that were 2 years above me and been called mean names, threatened with violence, things stolen from me. Teachers won't do anything to help you and will always twist the narrative to make it sound like your fault. If you don't fit in you get bullied, both by other people in your class and even teachers. I've only met a few teachers here whose classes were actually enjoyable and I felt genuine encouragement to learn, but it's all overshadowed by the trauma I've had to go through at this school. Overall, only go here if you have no other choice.
